This is where you can register as a chaperone/leader. Share contact information, so we can stay in touch with you, etc.

CORI #3:
This is a CORI Form/background checks for adults 18+ years or older. Needs to be completed in person at St. Margret Mary Parish or in the presence of a Notary.

Must have completed the Diocese Virtues "Protecting Gods Children Program" prior to the trip.
